These workshops are structured, experiential spaces for exploring anger, grief, and boundaries through somatic and parts-informed work.

We draw from nervous system regulation and Internal Family Systems–informed principles to gently identify the protective strategies shaping your reactions - and to create space for the parts of you that carry truth, grief, clarity, and life force.

You will not be asked to perform healing.
You will not be asked to bypass your anger.
You will not be asked to collapse into comfort.

You will be supported in listening to your system.

This is work for women who are tired of managing everyone else’s emotions while suppressing their own.
For women labeled too intense, too sensitive, too much.
For women who have been conditioned to shrink, smooth over, or stay quiet to belong.

This is a space where your anger is not a liability.
Your grief is not weakness.
Your “no” is not negotiable.
