Meet Kristen
Kristen Davis is a somatic practitioner and emotional cartographer working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, relational dynamics, and collective liberation.
Her work began in her own body. Through EMDR and somatic practice, she came to understand how fear, adaptation, and protective roles organize a life - and how anger, grief, and agency are often suppressed in systems that reward silence over truth.
Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and an MBA, bringing both clinical depth and structural clarity to her work. Trained in Somatic Emotional Release and Internal Family Systems–informed trauma therapy, she approaches healing as integration - not self-improvement.
Behavior is not random. It is shaped by family roles, cultural narratives, power structures, and the parts of us that learned to survive within them.
Kristen creates structured, experiential containers that are safe enough for honesty - especially for women who have been labeled too much, too intense, or too angry.
This work is not about comfort. It is a reclamation:
of anger as boundary,
of grief as love,
of agency as self-trust.
Kristen does not position herself as the answer.
She builds spaces where people can access their own.
If something in you is stirring, book a call. Let’s listen to what it’s asking for.
