I am someone who has spent a lifetime holding both the systems and the soul.
A career educator turned strategist, trauma-informed facilitator, and somatic healing practitioner, I work at the intersection of reflection, reinvention, and relationship—with ourselves, each other, and the spaces we live and work in.
For over 15 years, I taught and led in classrooms across the country—from rural Appalachia to inner-city Los Angeles. I’ve worked with preschoolers and teens, in public and non-public schools, with students navigating disability, poverty, and systemic abandonment. I’ve seen the brilliance of teachers buried beneath bureaucracy. I’ve seen passionate people pushed out by leadership that rewards compliance and martyrdom instead of care and connection.
And I’ve felt it myself—what it is to lose your life force in environments that only value productivity.
That’s part of why I do what I do.
